The PHBC is a zinc-plated powder-actuated assembly designed to secure highway baskets in road construction. The PHBC assembly consists of a powder-actuated top-hat fastener attached to a basket clip. The PHBC is for high-volume applications and is designed for fastening into common road-building materials.
