We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States for our entire store. Most items are processed same day or within 1 business day. Please provide a physical address at checkout (no PO Boxes) as most of our items will ship via UPS or FedEx. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Returns
Returns Are Easy! You may return most new, uninstalled items within 30 days of your order for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
